Holiday Cottage, Charmouth  

Welcome to our little holiday nest! It is situated between Lyme Regis and Charmouth with access to local beaches to go fossil hunting as well as to bustling little villages and towns with cafes and restaurants...

Ferns Nest is a cosy little house able to host upto 5 people. It is both children and dog friendly, so every family member is invited!  The patio area in front of the house is perfect to enjoy a morning coffee in the hanging chair while listening to the chirping birds.

Downstairs, you will find a generous open space including fully equipped kitchen/dining area which has anything from essentials like coffee/tea/sugar to spices/oils and coffee machines. We have tried to think and include all the little things you might need such as first aid kits as well as beach and fossil finding kits! The living room has been laid out for all to chill out with big screen TV, games, jigsaw puzzles, books as well as an Alexa through which you can listen to music. The modern family shower room with essential toiletries is to the left off the hallway which has a place for coats/shoes/ umbrellas as well as a small basket with necessities for the doggies.

Upstairs is bright and airy, comprising of two double and a single bedroom with skylights. The mattresses are pocket sprung + memory foam and the linen is cotton with a high thread count. The rooms are designed with practically laid out storage spaces and places to charge your modern day electrical equipment. You will also be provided with extra large soft towels.

 

The best part is that Ferns Nest is set within a quiet estate with access to ornamental lakes and lots of walks with beautiful views of the country and the coast making it the perfect getaway! (although we may be a bit biased...)
